Quality Objective 1: Delivery Precision
Target: a minimum of 95% (in number) of orders in 2008 will be delivered on time.
To date, our performance in terms of delivery precision is 95.1%.
Quality Objective 2: Customer Complaints
Target: a maximum of 1% (in number) of deliveries in 2008 will incur complaints.
To date, our performance in terms of customer complaints is 0.8%; in 100% of these cases, approved settlement has been achieved.
Quality Objective 3: Replies to Customers
Target: a minimum of 98.5% of all orders within two weeks and 96.5% within one week.
Our current performance is 99.5% within two weeks and 99.5% within one week. |
